Natural Avocado

Ecuador presents within its climatic characteristics factors that make its lands fertile and that it is possible to grow avocado in various areas of the country. Our organic avocado comes from the north area of Ecuador. We work with farmers which cultivate the avocados without any chemical process, what makes them a fully organic fruit.

The avocado is a fruit of great importance in the diet of human beings, due to the high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals that it has. In addition to the beneficial effects for health, since it contributes to the decrease of cholesterol and total triglycerides in the body.

This fruit is among those with more magnesium and potassium, as well as dietary fiber. Its high level of glutamine makes it one of the best antioxidants.

An important aspect is that the avocado has 12 of the 13 existing vitamins, in addition to calcium, iron, phosphorus and fatty acids of which 5 are mono and polyunsaturated Omega-9, Omeg-7 Omega-6 and Omega-3. The high doses of vitamin A that it has promote the growth of teeth and bones, in addition to fortifying the eyes and skin.
